Refund and Returns Policy
All products you purchase from Auryst come with the following services, starting from the date of purchase:
Return and exchange service within 30 days:
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
For exchanges, we will ship a new item after receiving the original item based on your original exchange request. Exchanges are applicable to items of equal or lower value.
Disclaimer: To be eligible for returns for non-quality issues and logistics issues, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also come with the original packaging. If there are any gifts, they must also be returned. If there are after-sales issues caused by quality and logistics issues, please contact us to solve them for you.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items used on the body (we refuse to sell second-hand products)
- Items that have been opened and used and may cause contamination and cannot be resold (such as essential oils)
To initiate after-sales service, please complete the following steps:
Contact us via email at [email protected] and provide your order number and request.
- Order confirmation/order ID
- Product name/title (for multiple orders)
- Brief description of the problem and pictures of damage (if applicable)
After receiving our return confirmation email, place the product back in the original packaging.
Refunds or EC store credits will be processed after receiving the product. For exchanges, the new product will be shipped after the original product arrives.
