How often do I need to refill the diffuser?
It can run continuously for up to 3 hours. We recommend refilling once a day for daily use.
Is it safe to leave the diffuser running overnight?
Safe! The diffuser has an automatic shutoff feature that activates when the water runs out.
Can I use it without essential oils?
Absolutely! It works perfectly as a regular humidifier without oils, adding moisture to the air.
How much essential oil should I add?
It is recommended to add 2~3 drops to 100ml of water. It is recommended to add 2 drops to 80ml of this product.
How to clean a humidifier?
Simply empty the water tank, wipe it with a soft cloth, and refill it as needed. It’s best to clean it every few days to prevent scale buildup.
I love this product, it’s really amazing when it’s working. Love the colors of red and blue, helps create a relaxing environment. Unfortunately after two months of having it, the fan that puffs the diffused water no longer works. I’ve attempted to troubleshoot this but haven’t been able to. I own lots of diffusers and haven’t had this issue before.

This diffuser meets my expectations and matches what is advertised. Its capacity is big enough and I don’t have to constantly refills. I give it a plus for the shape. The flame and volcano are pretty cool and give a feeling of a real one sometimes. The inclusion of a timer and remote control is quite convenient and I find it’s good for night time. Overall, this diffuser is a nice-to-have for anyone seeking an affordable and stylish addition to their home. I’m thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their environment with soothing scents.

This has to be a record for me. Within 5 minutes of unboxing and plugging in, the item broke. How did it break? While trying to figure out how to get the light into “breathe mode”, I was pressing the buttons on the unit. The manual explains that some functions require multiple button presses on the unit, as they are not available on the remote. I pressed the on/off button several times quickly, only to realize that with the third press the button stayed pressed and no longer returned to its normal position. I’m no Superman, but apparently the buttons are so fragile that they will break easily. So I can no longer turn the unit on/off with the button on the front. I never did figure out how to put it in “breathe mode”. I’ll breathe easier once it’s returned.

I couldn’t love this anymore. Yes, it’s a bit overpriced. Should be more like $20 but I looked at several of these before settling on this one and honestly I think it’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever bought on Amazon yet. The lighting and “smoke” effects are unique and it really delivers a punch with any essential oil you put in there. I used lemongrass and only put a few drops and can smell it in the other room (in a good way!). Super pleased. I do believe eBay has these for cheaper right now but I don’t think they come with a remote if that matters to you. This one does so I bought it. Also do note. This thing doesn’t go through water super fast which is great and means you don’t have to keep topping it off throughout the day. But if you do fill it to the “max fill” line it won’t do that little smoke ring action until the water level goes down a touch so if you want that “puff!” ring from the start just fill it a little less than max to begin. I thought mine was broke at first because it wouldn’t do the puff ring but nope, too much water. Honestly I love mine!

I bought this because I needed an oil diffuser and I am so glad I went with this one! It’s a little small but it works and with the essential oil it filled up my bedroom and made it smell so good and relaxing. I like that it has a remote, and 2 spray modes (volcano mode is my favorite in terms of looks and sound), it also comes with 2 different lighting. All in all, it does the job and it looks intriguing.
