It is recommended to add 2~3 drops to 100ml of water. It is recommended to add 6~9 drops to 250ml of this product.
How to clean a humidifier?
Simply empty the water tank, wipe it with a soft cloth, and refill it as needed. It’s best to clean it every few days to prevent scale buildup.
this is a very beautiful and sweet thing. it’s really worth the money. I add mint oil to the aroma and it is delicious. There were also pieces of soda left at the bottom. it is very good for your health. I recommend this thing.

I have a diffuser that only turns on every 10 min for only 10 seconds and this diffuser works during my whole 2 hour massage sessions with my clients during aroma therapy.IT HAS A OPTION OF 6 hours!!! Ok.. this diffuser I got it in white… It’s so elegant..it changes colors.. there a timer setting and it turns off automatically… It has a water gauge..it’s not noisy… The size I would say about 6″by11′ and can fit anywhere in your house… It’s easy to use with just the touch of a few buttons… The lights capture your eyes… And most of all you can use any scent with it … I really love this diffuser

I’m not sure about the salt rocks but it works for what I needed it for to release aromas so this is a great humidifier diffuser makes my room smell great pretty cool with the lights. Reading through the comments I did see that many people were skeptical about the rocks It does warm up a bit but not sure if it’s releasing anything Overall it is very nice and I have replaced my candle base with this new Aroma Difuser.

This was very easy to put together with clearly written instructions.It has 3 modes (1hour, 3hour, and 6hour) for a timer. Then several other modes to change the color of the “fire”.One thing I’ve noticed already though is that the person who engineered this didn’t make a cover for the engine and there is no label for the fill line. So it’s easy to accidentally pour too much water in; see attached pictures.

The seller resolved the issue. I would purchase from them again. Thank you.I was so excited to receive this. Then, I plugged it in with supplied wire and power block. It steamed for 5 minutes then it stopped. I restarted it several times afterward and also the next day. It still either did not work at all or only worked for 5 minutes or less or lit up and did not blow steam. I have contacted the seller and did not hear back. I am returning this item and will not be purchasing this name brand nor from the same seller again.

I bought this at the end of December and I love it but here it is two months later and a flashes when I try to turn it on, so then I have to unplug it and then plug it in again. And then it will work for only a short while And I can’t even send it back because it’s two months now !!!This is an edit: i’m changing from one star to four stars because the owner contacted me and is offering s full refund to me.

It is the perfect size for a diffuser, absolutely love the lighting choices, and a little challenging to figure out how to get the right setting (had to read other reviews) to have it stay on longer. I needed a humidifier for my bedroom. I would wake up three or four times a night with a completely dry mouth and chapped lips. I thought this was adorable, so gave it a try. At first, I didn’t understand why it would only last about an hour. It didn’t come with instructions. I went back to Amazon to see if there were instructions and found them. Now I know to press the left symbol three times to get six hours, the middle to keep the light of my choice, or have it change. I’m still confused about the right symbol. The instructions seem to say the same as the middle one. It’s supposed to be a night mode? Anyway, it does nothing when I touch it. But otherwise, it works great. No more dry mouth, and I put a drop or two of lavender oil in it and I’m good to go for the night. ❤️❤️

This diffuser is cool beyond belief!! I ordered it on a whim because some of the reviews I read spoke highly about it and I was looking for something to add to my man cave renovation. When I opened it up my first impression was that it was bigger than I thought it would be (a plus). The directions were not that helpful but it’s more or less easy to figure out yourself. One thing to note: the top cap has a circular protrusion on the inside that matches up with a tube like thing that rises up from the right side of the water reservoir. You would think to place the cap on so that the protrusion would match up with the tube…. that’s not the case. Turn the cap around, it won’t fit on – it goes on the opposite side! That should help someone out there. Also, the max water fill line is very hard to see on the inside of the reservoir. Do not over fill it with water or you will not get the vapor coming out at the top getting the fire look. One last thing… it comes with a USB power cord but no power block so you will need to either plug it into a computer USB A port or provide your own USB A power block to plug it into an outlet. I also purchased the Gentleman’s Fragrance Oils Set and it is the PERFECT set for men!!

I saw a similar faux-fire in a high-end hotel recently. Similar in that there were rocks beneath with mist coming from the top. This is darling and adds a cozy glow to my room. I just wish there were a few more of the rock/crystals to fill up the bottom area. Overall it works as expected and I’m very pleased. Would make a great gift.

This is an update to my recent review of which I’ve changed it to four stars based on the Speedy response from the company who seems to care and also offering two options of resolve including a full refund or replacement of the product. Originally I posted the positives that I like such as the salt rocks they were great quality that come with the product and the concept of a flame look at the top. A follow-up regarding issues I had upon trying the unit is it was a little loud and not sure if the fan is working properly. There is a 5-in Gap at the top and is only using about 3 in of mist not looking like the photos on amazon a full Flame. The one button to control how much comes out apparently doesn’t work only one amount coming out of the unit between high or low. Seems to be on the low side. Also the third button to the right apparently not functioning controls the brightness nothing happens when you press it. Disappointed it didn’t come with an adequate plug to use with the USB I have to keep it plugged into my computer which means I can only put it in certain areas of the house instead of where I want the company seem to have listened to my suggestion regarding this. Still not happy about having to run my computer when I don’t want to. me in case this unit the fan is loud possibly is. Holding the company to the suggestion that you provide the adequate plug for the USB. I don’t own one that can be used and plugging it into the computer is inconvenient. I would recommend trying this product in hopes you get a unit that works perfectly knowing and feeling confident that the company would contact you if there are any issues. This is an overall great product that I hope to enjoy one day when these issues have been fixed. I have faith that the company will fix these issues due to the nature of their Speedy response and care for the product in the clients buying them.

Product is overall nice! It looks very sophisticated and lots of friends complimented how it looked. Only downside is the third button on both machines I had didn’t work at all. And you have to fill tank only half way for you to have the full affect you want from it looking like flames. (There was no fill line so took some plying around to find this out)

Wouldn’t preform as instructed,,, this one however I’ve had the longest,,over a month now and has not disappointed me,, everything still works properly, no trouble w the lid being stuck,, I’m buying a few for gifts

I really love it. I bought it to add some ambiance to my courtyard in the city but I think I need one for indoors as well. It’s like a teeny fireplace. Check out the video. I haven’t used and essential oils yet. The amount of steam it generates is amazing. It’s quiet. No sound that I can detect. The usb cord is long enough to plug it into a usb power strip for and standard height end table or night stand. Although it doesn’t come with one, you can plug it into a standard brick for a traditional outlet if needed.

This diffuser is cool beyond belief!! I ordered it on a whim because some of the reviews I read spoke highly about it and I was looking for something to add to my man cave renovation. When I opened it up my first impression was that it was bigger than I thought it would be (a plus). The directions were not that helpful but it’s more or less easy to figure out yourself. One thing to note: the top cap has a circular protrusion on the inside that matches up with a tube like thing that rises up from the right side of the water reservoir. You would think to place the cap on so that the protrusion would match up with the tube…. that’s not the case. Turn the cap around, it won’t fit on – it goes on the opposite side! That should help someone out there. Also, the max water fill line is very hard to see on the inside of the reservoir. Do not over fill it with water or you will not get the vapor coming out at the top getting the fire look. One last thing… it comes with a USB power cord but no power block so you will need to either plug it into a computer USB A port or provide your own USB A power block to plug it into an outlet. I also purchased the Gentleman’s Fragrance Oils Set and it is the PERFECT set for men!!

I saw a similar faux-fire in a high-end hotel recently. Similar in that there were rocks beneath with mist coming from the top. This is darling and adds a cozy glow to my room. I just wish there were a few more of the rock/crystals to fill up the bottom area. Overall it works as expected and I’m very pleased. Would make a great gift.

This is an update to my recent review of which I’ve changed it to four stars based on the Speedy response from the company who seems to care and also offering two options of resolve including a full refund or replacement of the product. Originally I posted the positives that I like such as the salt rocks they were great quality that come with the product and the concept of a flame look at the top. A follow-up regarding issues I had upon trying the unit is it was a little loud and not sure if the fan is working properly. There is a 5-in Gap at the top and is only using about 3 in of mist not looking like the photos on amazon a full Flame. The one button to control how much comes out apparently doesn’t work only one amount coming out of the unit between high or low. Seems to be on the low side. Also the third button to the right apparently not functioning controls the brightness nothing happens when you press it. Disappointed it didn’t come with an adequate plug to use with the USB I have to keep it plugged into my computer which means I can only put it in certain areas of the house instead of where I want the company seem to have listened to my suggestion regarding this. Still not happy about having to run my computer when I don’t want to. me in case this unit the fan is loud possibly is. Holding the company to the suggestion that you provide the adequate plug for the USB. I don’t own one that can be used and plugging it into the computer is inconvenient. I would recommend trying this product in hopes you get a unit that works perfectly knowing and feeling confident that the company would contact you if there are any issues. This is an overall great product that I hope to enjoy one day when these issues have been fixed. I have faith that the company will fix these issues due to the nature of their Speedy response and care for the product in the clients buying them.

Super disappointed. Looked really nice while it worked but stopped working after 20 min.Update!!! Adding 2,stars cuz seller contacted me and apologized, is sending new unit free of charge. Once I receive it and it works for more than an hour I will provide another update.11/27/23 I received the replacement and it appears to be working fine. Looks very nice.

Edit… I continued to use it and the mist filled in and became like the pictures. Now I like it. Looks really cute.Doesn’t work as advertised. Not a full display as pictured. Barely any mist coming out the top.

Product is overall nice! It looks very sophisticated and lots of friends complimented how it looked. Only downside is the third button on both machines I had didn’t work at all. And you have to fill tank only half way for you to have the full affect you want from it looking like flames. (There was no fill line so took some plying around to find this out)

I have purchased multiple oil diffusers only to be disappointed… lids would be stuck after a couple times,, and yea I cleaned it often.. Wouldn’t preform as instructed,,, this one however I’ve had the longest,,over a month now and has not disappointed me,, everything still works properly, no trouble w the lid being stuck,, I’m buying a few for gifts

I really love it. I bought it to add some ambiance to my courtyard in the city but I think I need one for indoors as well. It’s like a teeny fireplace. Check out the video. I haven’t used and essential oils yet. The amount of steam it generates is amazing. It’s quiet. No sound that I can detect. The usb cord is long enough to plug it into a usb power strip for and standard height end table or night stand. Although it doesn’t come with one, you can plug it into a standard brick for a traditional outlet if needed.
