How often do I need to refill the diffuser?
It can run continuously for up to 12 hours. We recommend refilling once a day for daily use.
Is it safe to leave the diffuser running overnight?
Safe! The diffuser has an automatic shutoff feature that activates when the water runs out.
Can I use it without essential oils?
Absolutely! It works perfectly as a regular humidifier without oils, adding moisture to the air.
How much essential oil should I add?
It is recommended to add 2~3 drops to 100ml of water. It is recommended to add 6~9 drops to 300ml of this product.
How to clean a humidifier?
Simply empty the water tank, wipe it with a soft cloth, and refill it as needed. It’s best to clean it every few days to prevent scale buildup.

I LOVE this diffuser! It’s so cute and runs for days. It has two colors and 4 light setting; solid orange and orange fading, and solid blue and fading blue. It also has two mist settings, I prefer the low setting (shown in the video) because it puffs out smoke like a train and even makes a noise that’s kinda similar to a train chugging, and I find that you can’t really see the mist coming out on the high setting. It does come with a remote, but I couldn’t find anywhere that said what type of batteries it took and when I put in triple A’s (the only battery that seemed to fit) the remote didn’t work, but it’s not that big of a deal because there are also buttons on the front of the train that you can use to control everything. I bought this because I like Harry Potter and it kinda reminds me of the Hogwarts express without being to obvious and having a functional purpose. I love it as a decor piece for fall and winter especially because I can put fall/winter scents in this one and my spring/summer scents in my other diffuser. I think this is a great gift/decor piece for anyone who likes trains or the Harry Potter series.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Beautiful to look at. Nice size. Some noise but very little. Many different functions. Different color lights. Really fills the room with scent. I especially turn this on before bed. It is very relaxing. This is the second one that I have ordered of these. I wanted to have a backup.

It looks great and blows round puffs of steam like an actual train. The details on it look great. Only has two light colors, yellow and blue. I wish it had a red color for Halloween or even a green would be nice. Either way it’s going to look amazing with my decorations.

Like: Easy to remove the train lid. Easy to add water and use oil. Fill tank below the arrow gives you a heads up in not overloading water. Like the fact that it gives out lots of smoke and it is easy to clean-use mild detergent.Dislike: Wished that it can led out smoke in three pipes instead of just two.

We enjoy the light that the train gives off as well as the “smoke” from the stacks. We highly recommend as we’ve showcased the purchase to all our friends and family members!
